Now based in Cascais, Portugal, I bring a global perspective to the table — blending refined technique with bold, soulful flavors. Through my catering brand, My Chef Table, I’m proud to be one of the first chefs to introduce authentic Sri Lankan cuisine to Portugal on a larger scale, promoting its vibrant, spice-driven identity through private dining, curated events, and pop-ups.
